Returns policies
Article 1 – Scope of application
This policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may request a return of merchandise within thirty (30) days of the order receipt date. Any request made after this period will be automatically rejected.
Article 2 – Cases of eligibility
Product returns are only accepted in the following situations:
Non-conformity of the delivered product, including any manufacturing defect or apparent flaw;
Error attributable to the seller, including delivery of an incorrect item, an incorrect quantity, or any other obvious non-conformity.
The customer is required to notify the seller in writing, within a reasonable time, providing all supporting evidence to allow the review of the request (photographs, detailed description, order number, etc.).
Article 3 – Return and Reshipment Procedures
When the return is deemed acceptable:
The seller may require the return of the product before any decision regarding replacement or reshipment;
Additional delivery charges may apply in the event of reshipment, unless the seller is fully responsible.
No reshipment will be made without written confirmation from the seller.
Article 4 – Cases of Exclusion
The following are expressly excluded from any return, exchange or refund:
Size errors resulting from incorrect selection during ordering;
Returns motivated by a change of mind, personal preference, or the fact that the product is no longer appealing;
Any product that has been used, damaged, modified or is no longer in its original condition.
No refunds will be given for these reasons, and any unauthorized returns will be refused.
Article 5 – Conditions of return
All returned products must:
To be in its original condition, unused and undamaged;
It must be accompanied by its original packaging, accessories and any documentation provided.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Article 6 – Final Provisions
The seller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order. Any interpretation or dispute relating to this policy will be governed by the laws applicable in the seller's jurisdiction.
